SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

Thank you for your interest in an appointment with Frank!  Due to the overwhelming response for appointments, he is now booking two years out.

Along with growth often comes change. To continue providing his clients with the same care and attention as always, it has become necessary to make an improvement to the appointment scheduling process.

WAITING LIST

Those wishing to book an appointment will now have their name placed on our waiting list and contacted to book their appointment when their name reaches the top of the list.  

THE PROCESS FOR SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT IS AS FOLLOWS:

• Fill out and submit the short form below.
• Add appts@thespiritchryslis.com to your address book  << extremely important.
• You will be contacted within 3-4 business days to confirm we've received your request. If you do not hear from us within that timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder.
• When your name reaches the top of the list we'll contact you via email to schedule your appointment. We will make two separate attempts to reach you over a ten-day period. If we do not hear back from you within that period your name will be removed from the list.

When an appointment date is offered, it will now be less than three months out. Clients will have a better idea of their availability at the time they are contacted to schedule their appointment. This will reduce the increasing number of those needing to reschedule their appointment. When a client does need to reschedule, they will not have another two-year wait for an opening.

TIME SENSITIVE CONCERNS
Although Frank would love to help everyone immediately, should you be seeking guidance for a time-sensitive concern, he strongly recommends you seek a word-of-mouth referral to another psychic medium, or contact a professional, depending on your situation.

CURRENT CLIENTS
Please remember, the actual wait time for your appointment will be the same as under the previous scheduling process. The wait time will now be BEFORE receiving an appointment date instead of AFTER.
